If you are new to training please start here in the beginner section, start with the first program, take your time to master each exercise in the program & spend a minimum of 4 - 6 weeks on each program before thinking of heading onto the intermediate section.



After spending a minimum 2 months in the beginner section of programs, head to this section intermediate, where you will be capable by now of pushing even harder now as you will be more confident in the gym & ready now to take on new challenges.



Going into this section will take a few months of learning from the first 2 sections, by now you will have good understanding of what it takes to achieve great results from your efforts in the gym. This is of course the hardest section of programming where you will be pushed to your limits.
